Welcome to DigiQash Agencies. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and features provided by Equivetech Solution. By registering, logging in, or using DigiQash, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. Account Creation & Eligibility

To register an account, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. Each user is allowed only one account. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activities carried out under your account.

2. Tasks and Earnings

DigiQash offers multiple earning opportunities such as watching videos, surveys, meme submissions, blogs, Spin & Win games, and referrals. Each task has a reward system tailored to different countries. Fraudulent actions such as automation, fake accounts, or multiple task claims will result in disqualification and account suspension.

3. Referral Program

Our 3-level referral system rewards you when you invite new users:

Referral rewards vary depending on the country of the new user and may change at DigiQash’s discretion.

4. Payments and Withdrawals

Users must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold to request payouts. Payments are made through country-specific methods such as M-PESA (Kenya) or other approved gateways. Transaction fees may apply depending on the payout method.

DigiQash reserves the right to hold, reject, or delay withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not misuse the platform, including but not limited to: referral fraud, spamming, uploading harmful or offensive content, impersonation, or harassing other members. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is used strictly to provide services, process payments, and improve user experience. DigiQash does not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

7. Changes to Services and Terms

DigiQash may modify services, rewards, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Major updates will be communicated via email or dashboard notices. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies without prior notice. Any earnings accumulated through fraudulent or dishonest means will be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, features, and content on DigiQash are the property of Equivetech Solution. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

DigiQash Agencies shall not be liable for technical disruptions, data loss, or financial loss arising from third-party services or user negligence. Services are provided “as-is.”

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of DigiQash shall first be resolved through internal mediation via our support desk. If unresolved, disputes will be settled under Kenyan law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
